AQUAPRASE
Only discovered in 2016, Aquaprase is a recent arrival to the colored gemstone jewelry world. The translucent stone features a blue-green color reminiscent of the Mediterranean Sea. To Karin, "it looks like turquoise, only prettier.” Her favorite examples of the stone feature flecks of the rock formations where the gem is found, revealing its natural, untreated quality. “It’s my new love", says Karin. “I love to pair it with rose gold.”
