All shipping within the United States is complimentary, 2-day shipping via FedEx and requires a signature for delivery, with no exceptions. Tracking information will be provided after your order is placed. ​ Please note that all custom orders will be 3-4 weeks for processing and shipping. ​ Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Karin Jamieson will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order. ​ If you would like to request delivery by a specific date, please reach out to us at info@karinjamiesonjewelry.com so we can do our best to meet your deadline.

We hope that you are delighted with the merchandise you purchase from Karin Jamieson. If for any reason you wish to return a purchase you made from this Website, we will accept merchandise in its original condition within 7 days of the date of delivery. ​ Please contact info@karinjamiesonjewelry.com to set up your return or exchange within 7 days of receipt. ​ The product must be in its complete original packaging and in unworn condition. Merchandise will be returned prepaid and insured to Karin Jamieson. Once we receive your returned merchandise and it is accepted for return, your refund will be processed within a few business days. The credit will not include original shipping charges. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by one of our quality assurance representatives. Please note that merchandise showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. ​ We recommend shipping merchandise for return via FedEx for tracking purposes. All returned products must be sent insured for the full purchase price of such product (s) with signature required. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. ​ All of the instructions regarding merchandise and returns must be followed exactly as provided. For all repair inquiries, email info@karinjamiesonjewelry.com and include your name, description of the repair, photo of the damage and proof of purchase. If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you a RA number and shipping instructions. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as its ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships. ​ All repairs are subject to shipping charges. I handpick each gemstone that goes into my designs. I'm grateful to have long standing relationships with some of the top mining sources in the world! This includes Brazil, Turkey, Africa, Sri Lanka, and India depending on the stones.

I'm happy to say that all of my products are made in the United States. This was a conscious effort on our part when we started the business. It was extremely important to me that all of the designs be manufactured in the U.S. I've had a long-standing relationship with a third-generation family-owned jewelry maker in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Most generally we work with 18K Yellow Gold and 14K Rose Gold. We do also offer a collection of Sterling Silver. When designing a piece of Karin Jamieson Jewelry, I always determine which metal color will best compliment the individual gemstone.

To clean your Karin Jamieson jewelry, dilute dish detergent or soap in a small bowl of warm water and soak each piece for 3 to 5 minutes. Gently clean your item by using a clean cotton cloth or toothbrush. To ensure you removed all the soap, rinse your jewelry under warm running water, and pat dry with a soft cloth. Be sure to set out your Karin Jamieson jewelry to dry before wearing it again.
